• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Shipping Time

• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
• Remote areas may take slightly longer

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location
• Free shipping may be available on selected offers or minimum order value

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on selected orders
• An additional charge of ₹150 is applicable on all COD orders
• We recommend prepaid orders for faster processing and smooth delivery

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to track your order.

Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may reattempt or return the parcel. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
