All products purchased from our store are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchange Policy (Only for Size Issues)
We offer exchange only in case of size issues, subject to the following conditions:

• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags
• Exchange is allowed only once per order
• Customer has to bear shipping charges for exchange

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof. We will assist you with a replacement.
